Time: Prepare for an adrenaline-pumping hour of competition, with matches scheduled from 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM each night.

Days: Dive into the action, where matches will be scheduled on Monday and Wednesday, with Fridays reserved as a crucial day for rescheduling if teams need a second chance to shine.

🔔 Important Guidelines:

Check-In Requirement: Teams must check in a solid 15 minutes before their match begins. Late arrivals will feel the heat!

Punctuality Matters: Matches will start on the dot! A 10-minute grace period is offered, but after that, teams that aren't ready will forfeit the match. (Exception: Equipment issues—not all heroes wear capes!)

🔍 Team Responsibilities:

Reporting Results: Each team is solely responsible for reporting their match results to the tournament organizers. Keep the communication flowing!

Captain's Role: Captains, step up! Ensure every member of your team is present and ready to go. If a player is absent, you’ll need to reschedule—let's keep the spirit alive!

Handling Disconnections: If a player disconnects during a match, the game continues until the round concludes. They can jump back in for the next round… unless they were already eliminated.

If you encounter any technical hiccups, don’t hesitate to notify the tournament organizers immediately. Swift action keeps the games rolling smoothly!
